Every year during the third weekend in July, the Kearney community is transformed into a car enthusiast's paradise. The weekend will be packed full of automotive events for the whole family. On Saturday view some of the most unique, amazing automobiles around at the "Show & Shine" on "The Bricks". Live music will be at MONA on Saturday 12:00p.m. to Midnight from some outstanding local talent and there will be a parade starting at 5:00 p.m. on “The Bricks”. See Ron Capp's funny car at NAPA, Downtown on Saturday & at Kearney Raceway Park on Sunday. Come experience with the whole family the thrill of one of the greatest car events in the Mid-West.

Kearney, Nebraska - The Nebraska Wine & Jazz festival is located on "The Bricks" downtown Kearney at Museum of Nebraska Art's Parking Lot (2401 Central Ave.).This statewide celebration will showcase wines from numerous wineries from across our beautiful state and feature great local & state entertainment.With admission attendees will receive wine tasting vouchers to taste Nebraska’s finest wines. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase bottles of wine from their winery of choice and enjoy at their table or at home. This year the festival will be held May 18th and 19th, 2012.
